I'm looking for an Windows XP Style Web Control, like the one you can see at
http://www.mueblesmodernos.com.ar/pnp/webcontrol.gif
(The drop down that appears in the Windows Explorer on XP)

Do anyone know where can I get some control like this?

Why dont you just use that one, cut it up into little images (so they become links)and add a bit of javascript  (on click method) to then display other menu controls?
