My ISP seems to have a bit of a problem understanding that its their
fault that my forum does not work. They have had a bad upgrade
with errors on some microsoft software, whereas yeasterday they
pronounced that they have made yet another upgraded to a newer version.

Before the last upgrade I got this very interesting statement:
Server Application Error
The server has reached the maximum recovery limit for the application during the processing of your request. Please contact the server administrator for assistance.

After they have upgraded the server the last time, I get this statement:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: 'CDate'

/forum/common.asp, line 314

I have tried to explain to them the common CDate Error.
That it might be the locale language settings that are
incorrectly set up.

That didnt rock no boat. I am still left with the mismatch.

They uttered that I have changed some code 4 O´clock in the
morning while I was sleeping (!??! LOL). Hence, no I have not
changed any code. I believe they are the one with the problem.

How do I explain to my ISP what they oughta do (in a fasion
they understand)?

Rgds, og skål og det..

Anyways, I forced the language settings by changing the four digit language code, so now it works. And I have yet again tried to explain the ISP by email what they oughta change. Maybe this time a bit clearer. I am certain that a lot of customers have the exact same problem with other kinds of applications.
