I design my sites with lots of tables, tables in tables, tables beside tables etc. 

The backmost table size is 700 pixels in width with absolute height to accomidate any amount of data up and down. (this is my background gradiant fill table... the one table that contains ALL the other tables)

Right now I am trying to get my top banner graphic which is also 700 pixels width to touch each edge of the page (or in this case the back most table)

But no matter what I do there is still like a 2px space to the outside of the banner where I can see the table background.  I dont want this space.  WHAT DO I DO???

Thanks in advance anyone who helps me out.

I Think I solved this problem, but in doing so I found a new one.

I had the banner in it's own table.  I took it out and set it at the beginning of the background table and that seemed to bring the table edge in to the graphic.  However, now I want to put a black boarder around the backmost table, but the only thing I can get is an ugly stupid cell boarder.  How can I get just a simple thin line boarder around a table?

Alright. I checked in the style sheet I was using for the background table... AH HA! Boarder (single line dashed inset etc.. all there even how thick in value it can be)

Problem solved. THanks myself!
