Is it possible to change the name of the "Guests" account? The word "Guests" does not exist in the swedish language, so I would like to replace it with something else. The problem is that when I change it in the database (tblAuthor.Username), the existing "Guests" postings get screwed up.

Any solution to this problem, anyone?

I think there is something in the language file that you can rename for Guests. Search the files and change it there.

No. There is no such reference in the language files. The name "Guests" is located in the database (tblAuthor.Username). So that approach is a dead end.

More suggestions, please...

Just change the name by editing the database directly, just make sure that whatever neam you cahnge it to is not taken already.

Thanks.

I'm really sorry. I tried that first thing - but probably when I uploaded the database it got corrupted. Thats when I turned to this forum for help. The second time I tried it - it worked.
