I activated the email registration but when I test it and click the link it gives me this:

"There is a problem activating your membership.

Please contact the Forum Administrator."

What am I missing?

Make sure cookies are enabled.

i have the same problem.  when it shows "Forum Administrator" there is only a "mailto:"..  there is not actual address after the mailto:

how do i populate this?

I think, but I could be wrong, that it populates it with the address you put in the administrator's profile.  If not from there, the other place I could think of is E-mail Notification Configuration.  Those are the only two places that I recall entering the admin's e-mail address.  One of those should work (in theory).

If someone knows for sure, feel free to correct me.

the admin user has an email address in his profile, and the "Your Email Address* " field the "e-mail notification config" contains a vaild address.

any additional ideas?
