Okay, I downloaded the zip file, I know how to put it all onto my site server and everything, but do I need to change all my mysql for it? I am currently using phpBB, but I want to switch to webwiz.

There have been a number of posts on using MySQL, infact I asked that myself already. You cannot use MySQL with WWF only Access or MsSQL

Use Access version or SQL Server

There is a really good install guide which comes with the zip file, that will tell you how to install with Access and MSSQL.. It is easy to follow. Even I could do it

You would need hosting for asp enabled and access to a database, either Access or MSSQL.
