Possible login bug concerning security code + camino/osX

I received this email from a member.

What's up with the security code not working on login?  I type in exactly
the code and ALWAYS get a "Wrong Code" error.  I am using Camino on Mac OS
X.  Any issues u know of?

Thanks.

I have no means of testing this, but is it a known issue?

I don't know of anyone with a MAC to be able to look into or test this.

Make sure the users has ccokies and session cookies enabled as the login security code uses session variables.

Are they using a proxy server?

Tell them to delete all their cache files and then try again.

I'm sure he has those enabled, because he's been a member for a long time and had no trouble login in using wwf 7.1.

I will see if clearing the cache will resolve the issue for that particular member. I'll write him an email and let you know the result.
