I have a picture of a building that I am going to use for a web site. There is one problem with this image. There's an electrical wire in this picture. It is not above the building. If I crop the picture to remove the wire, the top part of the building will be missing from the picture. Is there any way that I could remove the electrical wire in the picture without taking a part of the building out of the picture? I use Fireworks to edit my pictures.

I am new at the pixel doctor. Can someone give me some instructions on how to use the pixel doctor in Fireworks? Does anyone know of any good articles or tutorials on how to use the pixel doctor?

I have tried to find some articles and tutorials. They don't seem to help. I am not interested in changing the color. I want to remove the electrical wire from the picture. Does anyone know how to do this? I could PM the picture to anyone who might be willing to help.

I used the line tool (vector) to highlight the wire that I would like to remove. But I am not sure how to make that line tool to remove the electrical wire from the picture.

I know in photoshop, there is a Clone tool that you can use to clone nearby colors, then manually overwrite the pixels that contain the wire. Not sure if fireworks has this feature though since I have never used it.
