when i wanted to register  under 7.51a

the web said that:"

变量未定义: 'strTxtPresentServerTimeIs'

why!!

how to solve this problem!

The error suggests that the language files you are using are not for the version of the forum you are using.

If updated language files are not available from the language file forum then you will need to update them yourself.

If you open the orginal langauge files found in the language file directory from the version you downloaded any new parts are added to the end, you will need to copy and paste these new lines across to the language files that you are presently using.
