Have a problem in 7.51 , when I go to http://www.domain.com/forum  I can't login  here is an error:

>Un-Successful Login

>Your login was un-successful due to a cookie problem.

>Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser for >this web site.

And If I go to http://domain.com/forum - it's working fine, you can login with no problem.

Any solutions, anyone has the same problem?

It could happen that domain.com is in your Trusted Sites' list (or Intranet's or any other) and www.domain.com is not.

You might not have the cookies enabled in this site's list. Check if both domains are in the same zone.

There was a bug in version 7.5 make sure if you have upgraded that you have uploaded all the changed files.

It could also be a problem of IE's cookie index getting corrupted which is a common bug in IE. Try a better browser like Mozilla Firebird from:-

I wish it was that easy to get my customers to change their browsers.  We have thousands of visitors every month and most use IE.  And half of the people accessing have 800x600 resolution set for their monitors, meaning that for some pages I have to actually detect what resolution they are using, and render one version for 800x600 and another page for everything higher!

The things we do to please our customers.  Of course, I have noticed that since our site is not a technical site, most of our users probably don't even know what a "web browser" is.  They just know if they click on the e logo and type in some stuff, they get our web page.

It is so much easier to tell people to upgrade who are technical.  Unfortunately our website caters to non-techies who want to cook Caribbean food and look up recipes, or find out about travel destinations in the Caribbean.  Our visitors may know cooking, for example, but most don't know much about computers.

As long as Micro$oft dominiates the market and Windows comes with IE, we will have to make our sites compatible with it.

This sugestion was given to pektop not becuase he has a problem entering the main forum, but rather beacuse he has a problem with IE's cookie index bug that means he can not access the admin area. This is just a quick solution for pektop to gain access to his admin area.

To reset IE cookie cache delete all stored internet files, then delete all stored cookies, from Intenet Options, this will reset IE's cookie index.
