If my server don't any mail server ,

can I use the forums?

I don’t understand your problem!! Are you having problems setting up you forum to use mail sending? If so and if I am correct you don’t have to use the forum with the e-mail option ON all you do is goto e-mail setup and configuration and turn all settings to off.

Yes, you can use this forum without any mail server (component).

my server don't any mail component, so when somebody registering　the forum don't continue

so I can disable the mail component ,but i don't where is option

In the admin section there is an option from the main manu to configure email settings, make sure that all email settings are disabled.
