I'm having troubke with cookies on my forum.

After you view topics in a forum, on the parent screen (i.e. the topics within the forum) it shows them as viewed.  Thats great.  But then when you return to the main screen it shows all those forums as having unread posts.  All my users have noticed it.

Is this a bug other people have?  Is there some fix for it?

Any help would be aprreciated.  Thank you.

This is the way it is designed to work for performance reasons and other issues.

Oh.  Well then.

Has anyone changed the cookie so it doesn't do this?  I'd prefer it not to show forums as containing unread messages when they are in fact read.
