I just tried to install a skin n this is the error i get, wht to do?

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'

Include file not found

/forum/includes/header.asp, line 2

The include file 'skin_file.asp' was not found.

pls pls help

Upload your skin again. skin_file.asp is missing.

thanks for your help

the file is already in the server, now when i try to upload it again it says "550 skin_file.asp: Cannot create file."

When I try to delete the file
it says "550 skin_file.asp: Cannot delete file."

neither can i delete nor can i replace ???
