Admin Powers And Problems

I found some problems so i am posting it here, it must be included...

first of all, administrator must be allowed to add a poll even in the forum where polls are not allowed, He shud be able to add replies in a locked topic.

Secondly, once a topic is locked, the users must not be allowed to edit their post in that topic, it causes troubles.

admin shud have another option of locking a post, so that the one who posted that post, may not be able to edit his post. Like if someone posted something bad in his post, and the admin edited it, so the poster may not be allowed to re-edit his posts, if the post is locked by the admin.

And, mass PMing should be added by default in the forum Administration...

yea one thing more, you can say, it can be called a mod request or something but there shud be a way, to extract every member's email address in a text file, so that if the server dosent support emailing, the admin may be able to do it manually.

That's all.. Please do think about it... and do write if there is any reson why it cannot be added

Your first point about admin being able to create polls, just set up permissions for the admin group to create polls in forums.

If people want mass PM'ing then they can use the mod thats available, it's not something I plan on ever adding.

Also if a post is locked then you can't edit a post in that locked topic, so that suggestion is already done. Only forum admins can edit posts in a locked topic.

I've already anwsered that, locked forums or closed posts can only have posts edited by the forum admin or moderators, other members can not edit their posts.
