I need to remane my  Username & password Tables..!!

Anyone know how it can be done and what part of ASP code I need to change in order to rename Username and Password Tables??

I have tried without luck, seems to mess op the codes..

why do you want to rename the tables?

this will cause alot of un nessesary modification to the code..

Yes I know - I need it to incorporate my CMS system into the WWF database in order to let my members use the same username and pass for both, and my CMS is WAY to complex to edit...

So is the forum I'm afraid, doing waht you ask would probally mean editing all 200+ files in the forum.

I would attempt to do all files at once - wit a search and replace in EditPlus...

The problem is that the database is a relational database and all fields in the tblAuthors table are required.

If they are not available and the member is not stored in this table the forum will fail to run.

Well If I rename the tables, changes the -

Const strDbTable = "tbl" to the one I need to use and change the password and username tabe - I only need to change (alot) code in the asp files - am I right....

boRg could you tell me what this does:

Const strDbProc = "wwfSp"

Const strDbProc = "wwfSp" is for the stored procedures on the sql server version.
