first of all, they are all php, and they use MySql

so MySql 2 Database Converters are already there...

But i dont know why i have a feeling that it will be veryyyyy difficult

if you visit phpbb's forum (converter) u will see MAXIMUM people asking for phpbb - webwiz converter. thats why i said. u can check it out
