Work with WWF

I'm trying to create something like this:

the Orange part is the forum, the green aprt are my ASP programs.
my question are:

1) i want to display this way but i dont wnat to have 3 ScrollBar Just 1 scroll bar
2) I want to be able to get the user name logged in the system so i could displayit or work with on my own asp.

what the best way to acomplish this.
