	Hi, 1) Can new users be activated by hand - so that they can't enter the forum until we've looked over their account? 2) Are IP Addresses of the users logged somewhere? regards, Tilli

	1. Just in a somewhat manual manner. You can require email activation but set the users email address to a static email address you can receive. That way you get the individual activation email. 2. IP addresses are logged for posts (if enabled) but not for users that did not make a post. You would have to check the server log for that information.

	Well if you wanted to do it all by hand then just make all of the forums private group. After they've registered you can then pick and choose which forums they can view, if any at all.

	In the latest version you can also turn off new member registrations. There is also an option for the forum admin to enter new users from the admin section.

	Forum admin and modertors can see IP addresses of those that have posted at the top of the post where you will see 'IP Logged'
