Anyway, there's a signup, login, reset script, admin section, battle engine and weaponry. There's also a messaging system, forum and gym but those scripts haven't been put in yet.

It was once up a while ago, had around 400 members, about 20 were paying $3 each a month.  Since then it's been taken off the server and few bits and pieces therefore aren't put together.  Took around 3 months to develop that many members.  This was with all the code in tact.

Language/script:ASP
Database:MS Access 2000

Does anyone want to help out with the project? It's running off my server at the moment.

Um in return for services I can give you say 500mb space, 10gb bandwidth, host as many domains as you wish, PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, MySQL, MS SQL, phpMyAdmin are some features.

I'm not really asking for a lot, I just don't have much time, so anyone out there can help?

email:richardk@micronet.net.au, or pm me

That's not a project that you'd want to run from an Access database. I'd suggest moving to MSSQL before resuming the game, so you have the ability to run transactional updates with rollbacks.

Exactlyt what is the purpose of the game? How is it played.

It's an rpg style.  Purpose of the game is just to setup a community and learn something, and always, a profitable outcome but that never happens unless you can create something unique that no body has done before... fat chance of that yes I know.

You can login yourself and give it a try.

Looks interesting, give me a PM and we'll talk.
I still think you need MSSQL.
