Greetings,

I purchased a link removal key on Friday April 23, 2004, and still have not received it yet. Two days ago I've also sent out an email containing the transaction information and still have not received any response. Please provide information.

please give sometime as webwiz guide recieves hundrads and hundrads of emails on a daily basis ...

THe EMails from PayPal can be tagged in any Email programme for reminder/activation.... even in a manual system.  THis allows them to be isolated from Spam/Virus.

As a customer, his priority is to receive what he has paid for, irrespective of backoffice problems at WWG.  Additionally, we did a purchase a few days ago and have received our key.

There is no automactic sending of link removal codes, as the site receives around 10% fruadulent transactions (also PayPal is not used very often), so all are checked manually before any link keys are sent out to prevent chargeback fines from the credit card companies for accepting fruadulent transactions.

If you purchased a link removal key last Friday it will have been sent out the same day on next day, so please check any spam filters you have running that the email is not caught.

All link removal orders do get through to the site, but I have not received an email from yourself about not receiving the link removal key. This maybe because the site is currently getting 3000+ virus infected emails a day, and another 2000+ spam emails, and is making email almost un-usable.

If you could send me a Private Message (this will get through, un-like email at the moment) with the transaction and Cart ID I will look up your order for you and re-send the link removal email to your straight away.

I have now found the link removal key order from the hompage URL found in your forum profile. A search of my email outbox for the URL found the email I sent you with the link removal key.

I have resent the link removal key to both the email address used for the purchase and the email address used to register on this forum, so hopefully this time it will get through.
