	I disallowed *@hotmail domain in registration using admin panel. In this way no user could register to the forums using an hotmail email address. Anyway, if a user register himself with a different email address and he tries to change it after registration, the forum allows him to do it. Is it normal? If I ban an email domain it should be users always can't use it .. isn't it?

	This problem was reported sometime ago and is being looked into for the next version.
