Hi

my forum is in Arabic language

and my users can register with Arabic names

 but

when register a user the account is not active beacuse

the user code contains Arabic characters and ...

so i want to know is there any way to

tell the forum to make user code with UTF-8

this happened when i am using SQL server

but when i use Access its work fine

so .. what i must to do?
