If you want it at the bottom the footer.asp will work fine, however, it you want it at the top try the header.asp

Suppose u add the banner on a plain html page and save as banner.html

dont need to tell abt html part

edit header.asp

add line

What if I want to put a banner directly below the header logo? If I use the formula above, it puts the banner above my forum logo, which looks out of place. How do I place the banner below my forum logo?
