When I went into the Upload configuration within the Admin menu I got an error that a requested field could not be found in line 139

Found that in the upload_configuration.asp file you are saying upload upload_avatar_types but in the sql table the setup created it is named upload_avatar_type. After renaming it in the sql table it worked well.
