permission problems

I use a mssqlserver.

because of some language problems (asian) i cant upgrade to new versions.

so i have to deal with 7.01.

this is my problem ...

on localhost when admin wants to create permissions on Forums for a member he sees this:

its not corrupted file issu. im sure.

i cant upgrade to new versions.

The reason for the diiferent error message on your web host is you need to turn off friendly HTTP error messages in IE.

The bug you mention was fixed sometime ago and would be fixed by upgrading to the latest version (as well as making your forum more secure from hackers)

If it is that your forum is translatted that prevents you from upgrading, it's not that difficult. New text parts to the lanaguage files are appended to the end so you just need to copy and paste across the new text and transalate that to Asian.
