Might have something to do with the 498 extra <html> tags that a view source reveals.

Edit: - After you remove the extra html tags, you may want to give it a doc type and run it through http://validator.w3.org/ 
Personally, I don't believe in perfect validation, but the w3c validator is useful for sanity checking html.

The code reveals its cfm heritage.

This website prevents their pages from being saved locally, even while working offline. so it is a client-side script doing so.

I got a notice that it can be saved using Opera.
