2 forum on same domain interfering

Let me explain this

I have set up two forums on the same domain in 2 different folders.

The problem is that first forum aquires settings of the second forum when they are updated i.e. if i set up forum configuration for the second forum the first one will catch them somehow, and vise versa.

So is there a way to keep the setting per forum separate so that forum users get the appropriate messages from appropriate forum

are you able to use a cookie identifier that is added onto the application verables (ones from the database the configurations).

and add a blnactiveusers veriable to turn them off only..

so that the forums configuration is still done by application veriables.

i have been looking into this and the configuration veriables can have the addones for example the following application("Forum_Email_address" & strCookievalue &"")

i hjave tried this and it works.

of course you can't do this in an array as its numbers only
