Are you using a free web host?
Are you using Windows 2003 server?
Are you using frams, URL/IP masking, domain forwarding etc.?
Are all users have this problem or just a few?
Do your users have cookies enabled for your web site?
Also check other posts on this topic as this problem is common and can
be coursed by a number of things, which is why I need more information
to workout what the problem is.

Hi Borg,
Normaly we use Phpbb, actually 2 of our customer point us to thisforum and the speed is very impresive we would like to give a go. we are planing to quick install the forum to 2 of our customer.
but we will like to get a registered copy for us. (they will use the free version or whatever)
we got another Windows Server is totaly new we have just moved few customer. and some of then want to use WWF.
we are having same problem, we could logging OK few time but sometime we get the error cookies, we read somewhere that maybe was Session reset. We installed PhPbb without problem, but we really want to try WWF registered version.
Anything you could point us in the right direction? Windows Server 2003 http://www.host07.com/host07/ww (sample to test)
Another question: In our other server we offer quick phpbb install will you mind if we offer quick WWF install to our customer?
Thank in advanced.

There was a topic on this about a week ago, and it turned out to be an issue with Windows 2003 server.
Apparently there is a bug with win 2003 to do with the application pool not refershing fast enough.
Someone did post a link to a Microsoft KB on this issue, but I can not find it.
Try setting the application pool for the site to refresh faster and see if that resolves the problem.
A post that may help is:-

OK Problem Fixed:
In case anyone is using 2003 check this: http://www.globaldevelop.com/GlobalDevelop/Forum/forum_posts .asp?TID=147&PN=1
we changed this and tested for about 30 min. Not Problem at all now.
i will suggest creating another pool to those using WWF forum or any other application that required state to be untoched (and cant change the code of that app)
____________ Another Thing Borg, we planing to buy the license of WWF today or tomorrow not that we worry about the link on the bottom, but to support WWF work. the question is do you have any ETA to version 8. Cause we could wait to install till Version 8 is out, we have lot of time to wait before 15 December and i really hate upgrade live stuff. if you have any ETA will be great if not, is not a biggy.
And what about we could beta the version 8 on the mean time?
Awesome JOB

Because I've been working on a new version of the mailing list
application since last Easter I haven't had any time to work on the
next version of the forum.
I've spent the last 6 weeks working on a new version of the Rich Text Editor, which
will be integrated into the next version of Web Wiz Forums. (you can see a live test version at http://www.richtexteditor.org/demo/)
Once that is finished in the next few weeks, I will start work on
version 8 of the forum again, which I hope to finish in the first
quarter of 2005 and will release a beta version then.
Obviously this date may change depending on how much spare time I get
and could be sooner or later, but I don't expect to have anything ready
in beta till at least after the new year.
