AOL user can’t upload

	I have a user who is not able to upload a photo to a post. He says the box comes up and tells him to be patient while it uploads, then it closes and the image is not there. Any ideas?

	Without more detail it could be anything coursing this problem. Are they using the WYSIWYG Editor? What browser are they using? Do they have any add blocking, etc. software running on their machine?

	You might also have the user to minimize his/her AOHell window and open up Firefox or IE while AOHell is minimized but still dialed up. Then see have him/her login to the forum and attempt an upload.
