Does anyone know of any half decent image editing programs? Im sick to death of photoshop, its the worst program ive ever used.  Never does as its told or what you want it to do.

Microsoft's photodraw is ace, but after windows update cocked it up for me i cant use it.
 
Any suggestions?

If you can't use Photosho then maybe you should look for a copy of Paintshop Pro
