	I have had users complaining about the forums saying they're spamming. What are they doing to get that message? Thanks.

	You may need to hange the anti-spam settings (flood control) in the admin area. The settings are set that you must give be default 30 secounds between posts and only 5 in 1 hour. This can be changed to allow more posts to be done in a hour, or a shorter time between posts.
