Full CSS support

   First up, apologies if this has been covered before. I've searched the
forum but haven't found anything that really answers my question.

I'm looking to move away from the Snitz forum but one thing that drives
me totally crazy about it is the fact that it doesn't employ CSS.
Looking through the WWF v7.9 code it seems that CSS is used but to a
very limited extent.

My question:

Is the planned version 8 going to use CSS throughout all pages or
failing that, has any one fully modded 7.9 to use CSS only (and not the
Constants as defined in skin_file.asp)?

I really appreciate any and all help/advise.
