So far the way i think the posts are ordered is that whenever a post is made in a topic, that topic will move to the top.
 
Always worked for me in the past... but i have a topic which had not been responded to in a while but even though i posted a response it still lingers in page 3 of the forum.
 
Any ideas?
 
Thanks in advance... and if this has been dealt with before please send me in the direction.
