Either you have corrupted files and need to re-upload, or you've made changes to language_file_include.asp and messed up the code around line 864 that reads...
Const strTxtMemberCPMenu = "Member Control Panel Menu"

Lead me not into temptation... I know the short cut, follow me.

your asp server not aviable ASP.NET executables...
