I need help with cropping the following picture:

 
I did this: 
 
I don't like the way that I cropped it. You can still see the background. I want the background to be of no color. The picture is not oval like I want it to be. Could someone please help me fix this?

Is kinda hard to do a good job with such a low quality picture but if you got a bigger one I could do it for you kinda like this:?

Is this OK? May need to do a little cleanup work but just had a thumpad and no mouse tonight....

Misty, your bigger picture is still of not much good, because the guy in it is still the same low-res size.

It can be done, but it's always better with a high-res picture, because if the cutting is not 100%, then when we scale the picture down all imperfections will disappear.

Try Photoshop background eraser.
