	Is there a way for my readers to be able to create new topics, kind of submission board with login features?.

	I think you want to look at the ww Journal/Blog. IIRC, there's a couple of mods for login features as well. dj air also has a login manager that works with a lot of wwf stuff - http://www.breathofair.info/asp/applications/login/

	try using the login page that borg has created and the just add the security code at the top of the pages.
