Does anybody know of any software for Model United Nations in which you are able to create accounts for people who signup and they are allow to upload a document and everybody can use it?
 
Please tell me there is a software out there some where.

That's called a shared folder on a LAN. Tongue
 
Honestly, the easiest you are going to manage is a forum set up properly... Different sections for different committees etc.
 
www.avidgamers.com has some pretty user-friendly open (last i checked) forum hosting.
