Hey all - long time listener first time poster..
So here's my deal. I have two forums (both v7.9 with the updated patch) residing in different folders on the same site.
I am using access as my DB and I have two different dbs for each forum.
I have updated all four common.asp (two per each) to reflect the database path.
I have also updated the strcookiename variable to differentiate the cookies of each.
Everything works perfectly, except that the configuration variables (title, logo image... etc) from one forum seems to be apply itself to both forums.
When I pull the DB down and look at it.. the variables in the physical database are correct. And everything else seems to be working just fine.
