Ok, how the hell do I do it?

I have this graphics card (with S-video):

Can that do it?  What do I need?  A TV tuner?  Airiel?

No, AFAIK you need to get a TV tuner card, which will usually come with an aerial and all the software you need to watch/record tv. My card is from http://www.lifeview.com/usa/ and seems to work pretty well.

i got an ATI Radeon All-in-wonder 8600 DV

i like it

you gotta make sure you get a TV-In rather than TV-Out
am sure you know why

if you get a TV Card it useually comes with the software to watch tv with, if not, they'll prob have a download on there site
