Dear Friends,
 
I've installed the net Framework 1.1 on my Win xp IIS.
When I try to open a very simply ASPX page is not working. It ask me to save or open the file.
 
With normal ASP page is working perfectly.

Did you install IIS after the aspx page? If so you may need to register asp.net with IIS by running aspnet_regiis -i  (search for that exe).
Try it either way as this is what appears to be going on here.

I've installed IIS Before NetFramework.
In any case I runned the command you suggest and it works now.
