PLease help me with "Access Denied"

When my visitors is trying to register they get this error message:
 
"Sorry, only members with sufficient permission can access this page.

A security error has occurred with authentication.
Please ensure that all cookies are enabled on your web browser, and you are not using a saved or cached copy of the page. "
 
 
Can somebody please help with this!!!!!

Please post this error message into the search of this forum as it has been discussed plenty of times. In short, it's a cookie issue IIRC.

I have already searched for this error but didnt find anything usefull. Ppeople say that the error hase something to do with cookies but it cant be so. Ive told friends all over the world to visit the site for the first time and the get this error message to.
 
This is shame cause I really cant use this forum when people cant register :(

Again like your previous post it sounds like this is related to your server not keeping ASP sessions.
