Pre-Approved Post background

When you set permissions you check the 'Post Approval' check box for groups you want to have their posts approved.

Then when one of these groups posts, before their post is displayed for others to see they get a greyed out post with the wording 'Pre-Approved Post'

Posts that are not yet approved with the grey out background can only be viewed by the forum admin/moderators, and by the person who posted the message.

Once the post is approved the greyed out background image will go and all users with permission can view that post.

OK, I see where you are going wrong now, the hidden topic checkbox part of the admin panel is for the hiding of the topic subject from the Topic Index.

What you need to do is click on the 'Show' button at the bottom of the post, this will then approve that post and automatically approve the topic subject.

I am looking into ways to make the system clearer and simpler to understand for the final version.

At the moment I just happy that it appears to be working.
