I think i know your problem; You might be using an older version of the phpbb skin.

Re-install your forum without installing another skin.

Trasferisca la nuova versione dal sistema centrale verso i satelliti della tribuna. Installi la nuova versione e non usi alcune modifiche. Veda se quello riparerà il problema.

Che versione della tribuna state usando?
