Anyone know of any good free hit counter/statistics (applications or websites)  to keep track of a wap site?

I know little about WAP technology, but can't you simple mix ASP code in with the WML?  Bruce has a good simple hit counter, click ASP on the top.

The hit counter can be anything. Displaying it on wap is just a mime type and formatting.

you can use ASP for WAP sites if you output WML (Wireless Markup Language) instead of HTML

I think WAP is going out now anyway, phones are starting to be able to surf conventional internet sites.  In a year or two WAP will be gone.

wap is a waste of time but asp CAN generate WAP code.

asp can generate pretty much anything you can type on a keyboard
