Quick question ...

If an access database has onwards and upwards of 100000 records and your just pulling the top 10 records out everytime, would this have as much impact as pulling the top 10 records with 1 with 500 records. Silly question yes. But im needing to introduce some extra performance stuff to my chat and am trying to save valuable time where poss.

The full Access database is loaded into memory every time you access it. The smaller the database the batter performance would be.
