I did twice, the only thing I'm not doing is FTPing the files to my web, I'm downloading to hard drive then copy and paste to web using Frontpage, is that a problem?

If the only thing you are doing is using Frontpage, then try FTPiing without Frontpage.

I thought I could just copy/paste into FP. When I copy/paste, I copied over a folder "forum" with subfolders in there "admin", "avatars", "forum_images", "functions",...etc.

Is that correct?
