when there is a new post in a message it's show the New Massage Icon at the topic that under it...plz someone can help me fix it...?

Sounds like the separate important topics from regular topics mod is the culprit. Back the mod out and see if the problem goes away. If it does, re-apply the mod. Check that the sequence of the categories and topics makes sense in the admin, Look for things like an index starting at 1 instead of 0.
