I have a Pentium 6 CPU in my computer!! I bet none of you have it!

actually, it's a 2000MHz Pentium 6 (but it ran at 600MHz when Alcohol detected the speed)

nope..intel followed the AMD path and figured out a lot of room is there to improve performance than just multiplying the MHz to achive speed like a ricer!!!!
as a result..due to bunch of extensions added, 256MB cache memory and other enhancement, therefore a P6 made on 20nM technology and running at 600MHz gives more performance than any fastest prescott as well as runs much cooler

there wont be any P6 on 20nM, it would have burned before even powered
on, unless they make some new transistors made of something else than
silicium (or maybe silicon is what you call it, I don't know)

P6 will not be out for next 20 years.. so u rather put it this way that in next 20years , techology will be there to manufacture 20nM transistor..!!

let's just hope so... but with the current techology, it's not possible
to make much more powerful processors because of the high temperature,
and scientist are having a hard time figuring out what to do with the
transistors in the future

P6 ? Is there such an Intel Processor ? Intel.com doesnt show any ? I've not even heard of a P5.
