You must edit the forum_posts.asp. Just change it with the ordinary align-method for html.

i alredy  change the <HTML> to  <html dir="rtl">

and its still not work

I don´t understand what you´re doing now but I think that you´re doing it to hard or is it me who don´t get it.

Go to the file forum_posts.asp. Look at line 474, it starts with: <td align="left" width="95%" class="bold">. Change the align to right instead of left.

Now update it on internet and look at the changes. Then you just change the rest of it.
