Horizontal line color & thickness

I am trying to match the horizontal line color to the rest of my site, however even if I manually edit the color (and thickness) it is always displayed in gray (maybe 1 pixel thick).

Where is the horizontal line style determined?

It's done by setting the value of the <hr> tag using CSS, in the file includes/default_style.css

Thanks boRg, that did the trick.  Will this affect any other parts of the forum, or just the horizontal line?

If you did it correctly, it will affect all HR's in the fourm.
